6 months

This little peanut celebrated her half birthday on Thursday! There's so many things I don't want to forget about this time in her life...

She's rolling all over the place these days in an effort to get where she wants to go - from her back to her tummy and vice versa. It's so cute to watch her figure out how to get what she wants, rather creatively at times.

She's still not eating food, the first real food we tried was squash and it makes her gag (can you say drama queen?) It's a little funny. We might try bananas to see if she'll like the sweeter taste better.

She will, however, definitely let you know if you take away her bottle before she's done! She has a cute little, "I'M STILL HUNGRY" squeal. Patience is not a forte yet.

She always has a big smile for her mama whenever we make eye contact from across the room, and when I walk in to get her up from her naps. It makes my heart burst with joy!

She gets a goofy smile on her face when her daddy "bites" her fingers.

When you tickle her tummy she has a silly laugh that just sounds like a long, forceful "huuuhhhhhhh."

She loves going on walks, but she usually wants to sit up in her car seat to see what's going on. She can't quite sit up on her own yet, but never wants to miss a thing! I don't think it will be long before she sitting up by herself and facing forward in her stroller!

She absolutely loves watching the babies on Praise Baby!! She gets a huge smile on her face and kicks like crazy. I think we need to start having play dates!

She loves finding the tags on her toys and blankets.

She wears 6-9 month clothes. We have an appointment on the 18th to find out where she's at on the charts :)

She started waking up earlier to eat...5 am...and then you go back to sleep for an hour and a half but you wake up at 6:30 again. Yippee :)
