Matt
-will be taking on the position of Head Coach for the Ontario Christian freshman football team this year. Hence, I'll become a football widow in the very near future. But really, I love watching him use his gifts to do something he is passionate about.
-caught his 21st gopher last week. Count 'em. Twenty! One!
-has an uncanny ability to "make" Emma fall asleep on his chest in the evening, an ability that I do not seem to possess.
-has the green thumb in our family. He has been busy getting our grass green, and planting azalea's and african daisy's in one of our back yard flower gardens.
-is moving all over the place, and the non-toy items in our home totally seem to be more appealing to her - favorites are ink pens and the remote!
-is starting to pull up onto her side on the sides of her crib. Standing here we come.
-can sit up all by herself!
-hates it when we wipe off her face.
-gets up at 6 a.m. like clock work no matter when she goes to bed.
-imitates us when we cough. so silly....
Me
-there's a 50/50 chance I'll be looking for a new job in the next few months so that I can continue to stay home a couple days a week with Emma... Hoping that I will be open to hearing God's call and trusting that he will provide. Would really appreciate your prayers!
-busy baby-proofing and baby-food making these days. Green beans and pears steaming and pureeing this morning.
