The Bucket List

Sorry for another Facebook copy & paste, but I thought it was kind of a fun one...and really pertinant because this weekend Matthew and I did have the chance to cross off one of the things on our real-life Bucket List. We saw Phantom of the Opera this weekend at the Pantages Theatre. This is something that Matt has always wanted to see, and I was happy to share the memory with him. His parents gave us tickets for his birthday in November (I know...I made out on the b-day gift too!!!) We had such a great time, barring a little minor incident during intermission that involved me turning around and kindly informing the girls behind us that you're really not supposed to talk during the show because it's rather distracting. The leading roles of Christine Daea & the Phantom were played by extremely amazing musicians. John Cudia, who played the role of the Phantom is the only broadway star who has played both Jean Valjean (in Les Miserables...another one of our favorites) & the Phantom. Needless to say, he was spectacular! Unfortunately, with just the two of us, I didn't get any pictures :(
