8 foods you should eat everyday

I guess you could say I'm a marketing gurue's dream...I'm kind of a sucker for infomercials and the like... I read an article on MSN this week entitled 8 Foods You Should Eat Everyday, so guess what? We're eating them this week! I'll admit that we go through health food phases, I hope this isn't just another one of them. Why is it hard to eat healthy? My theory is that it is because you definitely have to be more intentional, it's quite a bit more pricey and it takes more effort to make healthy meals...but here we go again.
