San Diego & Disneyland

On Monday we headed down to San Diego to spend the day in the sun! I love San Diego, and could most definitely live there. We stopped in Old Town for chips & salsa and margaritas.

We also drove up to Mt Soledad, which is a beautiful lookout point over La Jolla. This, in and of itself, made the drive down worth it. The coastal view was breath taking! Then we went down to Coronado Island and layed on the beach for awhile. Finally, we finished off the day with a fabulous dinner at Buca di Beppo in the Gaslamp Quarter!

On Tuesday, thanks to a classmate of mine who works at Dland, we made the trek to the happiest place on earth! I love this picture of mom and Dani in the teacups!

This is a cute one of mom, dad, and the girls in front of the castle. As you can see by our attire, it was another gorgeous day, and the weather was perfect for Dland!

Here we are before going on Toy Story Mania, one of our favorite rides in Disneyland's California Adventure. It's an interactive game, so fun. I'm pretty sure Matt mopped the floor with all of us, well me in particular, everyone else put up a pretty good fight. I think Dani came pretty close the second time though!

So fun to have them here, and share some of the things we love about Southern California with them!!!! Matt and I bought annual passes to Disneyland again, so we're looking forward to many trips back in the coming year.
