Thought provoking.....
A couple weeks ago Matt, Emma and I played Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus for our Church's Family Fun Fest - A Night in Bethlehem. As I tried to sooth my overly tired, overly stimulated, crying baby I couldn't help but imagine what it must have been like for Mary....
One thing is certain, I am sure like most parents that she experienced a love like she had never known before when she gave birth to her son. Oh, and later what anguish she would undoubtedly experience in knowing he would give his life to save us.
It truly was a holy night!
