book club

I'm so excited to start my very first book club that I can hardly wait to get home and get my hands on our first read....Pride & Prejudice! I came to the realization while thinking about why I've picked up this particular book about seventeen times but never actually read it, that I'm really really terrible at reading books when I've seen the movie first. Is it just me?! This makes NO sense because the books are almost without fail about twelve hundred times better than the movies. Who knows.... Because I'm me, I'm already brainstorming about what to choose when my month to pick the book rolls around...I have a few ideas, but would like to maybe come up with something I've never read before. So I need your help, what have you read lately that you just couldn't put down?!?
