I stumbled across this recipe on someone's Facebook page the other day and I had to try it....twice....in the span of 3 days. Too good and super EASY not to share. Plus, I have been craving a Mt. Dew for breakfast for the last few weeks! An awful habit aquired during college sometime. But oh nothing tastes quite so good sometimes. The alternative: Mt. Dew + Cake = AWESOME.Mt. Dew Cake
1 box of Lemon cake mix
1 3.4 oz box of vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 12 oz can of Mt. Dew
I am a HUGE fan of recipes with 5 or less ingredients!
Stir ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake in a bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (You can also use White cake mix and lemon pudding, which is what I used for try number 2 because we're having a pot luck at work today. I'll let you know which I liked best after the results are in! The white cake+lemon pudding combo smelled divine while mixing and baking last night.)
*I prefer Lemon cake mix with vanilla pudding. Kind of tempted to try lemon/lemon, but I don't want to get too crazy!*
