I recently read a bunch of old wive's tales, one of which said that dreams show the opposite of what you're having. If you dream that you are having a boy, it will be a girl and vice versa. (Of course, I've also been told the exact opposite is true.) But let's just say based on the dream I had last night....there might be some truth to this wive's tale.
Make no mistake, in my dream I was happily married to Matt, and there was no question that he was the father of our child.
In my dream we had a beautiful baby girl. Here's the kicker....she was also black.
So as my co-worker put it this morning....a white boy it is!! :) Old Wive's Tale #40 says the mom-to-be knows what she's having 71% of the time, and I really do kind of think it's a boy for absolutely no good reason at all.

Oh, and of course I am not pregnant, but I have dreams already, too. (must be from all you pregos around me!) I often dream that the ultrasound tech slips the gender after we tell her we want to keep it a secret. Hm...
Both our u/s techs did use "he" once during the u/s. The first time I didn't notice, but was already CONVINCED I was havign a boy. The second time I did notice, but still had NO feeling either way about gender.
oh and the chinese lunar calendar was right both times. You have to calculate your lunar age ...probably coincidence, but fun none the less.
