*Update...they were able to get the stone with a laser. Mom is coming home tonight!!*
Like this morning. I got a text at 6:36 a.m. My mom was in the ER...kidney stone. Her 3rd. A big one. They are on their way to Sioux Falls now because she needs a stent, and they're not going to be able to break up the stone until Monday so she'll be spending the weekend in the hospital :( See, I know there's not a lot I could do that would change things significantly if I was there. But I hate that I'm not. That I can't be.
Sometimes the miles are too much.
Please say a prayer for my mom. She's describe her past experience with kidney stones as worse than labor. I hate that she's in pain. Please pray for the doctor's as well since she obviously won't be passing this one naturally, and they will be more involved. Thanks!

Wow! Third time around for dear Deb (your mom) and God was Good. Just praising the LORD they could reach that kidney stone & remove it. Hope the stint doesn't give her continued discomfort.
