Matthew and I bought the flooring that is going to go in the kitchen and dining room this morning after tearing out the real wood that is in there currently last night. It's somewhat ironic to rip out more expensive flooring than what you're putting in, I know, but we're hoping to possibly sell it on craigslist. We're going for a little more contrast between the cupboards and flooring.

My mom, mother-in-law, and I painted the hallway and laundry room cabinets yesterday! They look great. They were stained a dark brown. The white will match all of the doors, trim and baseboard.
We're making lots of headway this week! The back room, dining room ceiling, and fireplace will be taped and textured tomorrow, and then we can paint the rest of the house!! After we paint, Matt will start installing the flooring and our carpet comes next Thursday, so we're hoping to have it installed Friday. Then it's moving time!!!
