Yesterday we had a painting party at the house! A few of our family and friends came over to help, and we got ALL three bedrooms done!!! They look great :)
My mom and Kevin are working on the master bedroom which was painted water chestnut (tannish brown) along with the guest bedroom, hallways and main living areas.
Kevin & Nicole working on the nursery which we painted vanilla custard (a very pale yellowish color). The color turned out GREAT, I love it!

Kaylyn working on the nursery. Yay! No more peach!! I can't wait to get carpet in and set up the crib! (not pictured: Judy & Meredith...they were great too!)There's no way we could have gotten so much accomplished yesterday without the help of our family and friends. It was so wonderful to make some visible progress. Please join me in praying for this heat wave to pass! I spent most of the day sitting, but I'm still exhausted today. It was almost 105 degrees yesterday and today and is forecast for tomorrow too. I just woke up from my second nap for the day, and am planning on staying out of the heat completely tomorrow if I can help it!
